Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Last Updated: January 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pouur Decisions, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit or use www.pouurdecisions.com and any related pages, forms, or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”), including when you purchase downloadable legal document templates and related products (the “Products”).

This Privacy Policy is intended to be read together with our Terms and Conditions located on the website.

1. Important Disclosures:

Not legal advice; no attorney-client relationship through the Site. Visiting the Site, creating an account, purchasing Products, or communicating with us through the Site does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through the Site unless and until we have confirmed representation in a signed engagement agreement.

Not HIPAA. We are not a “covered entity” under HIPAA for Site activities and do not intend to collect protected health information through the Site.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three main ways: (A) information you provide to us, (B) information collected automatically when you use the Site, and (C) information from third parties (such as Squarespace and payment processors).

A.     Information you provide directly

Depending on how you use the Site, you may provide:

·    Contact information (name, email address, phone number, mailing address).

·    Account information (login credentials, if accounts are enabled).

·    Order information (billing name/address, Products purchased, order history, transaction IDs, and customer support communications).

·    Business-related information you voluntarily provide in forms or messages (e.g., your business name, state, industry, or the type of document you are seeking).

·    Communications (messages sent through contact forms, email, chat, or other support channels).

B.    Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Site, we (and service providers like Squarespace) may automatically collect:

·    Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, referring/exit pages, and general location (city/state) inferred from IP.

·    Cookie and similar technology data, including identifiers used for analytics, preferences, and Site functionality.

2.3 Information from third parties

We may receive information from:

·    Squarespace, which hosts the Site and may provide analytics, form submissions, and commerce features.

·    Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Square, Apple Pay, Afterpay, or other methods enabled through Squarespace). We typically receive confirmation of payment and transaction details, but we do not receive or store your full payment card number (that is handled by the processor).

·    Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) depending on what is enabled on the Site.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

·    operate and secure the Site;

·    remember preferences;

·    understand Site traffic and improve performance;

·    measure marketing effectiveness.

Your choices. You can control cookies through your browser settings and may be able to opt out of certain analytics and advertising cookies. If you disable cookies, some Site features may not function properly.

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for DNT, we do not currently respond to DNT signals.

4. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

·    Provide and operate the Site and deliver Products you purchase.

·    Process transactions, send purchase confirmations, provide download links, and manage refunds (if applicable).

·    Customer support, including responding to questions and resolving technical issues.

·    Personalization, such as remembering preferences and improving user experience.

·    Marketing and communications, such as newsletters, updates, promotions, or educational materials (you can opt out; see Section 10).

·    Analytics and improvement, including understanding how visitors use the Site and improving Products and Site content.

·    Security and fraud prevention, including protecting against unauthorized access, misuse, or illegal activity.

·    Legal and compliance, including complying with applicable laws, lawful requests, and enforcing our terms.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information as follows:

A.    Service providers and vendors

We share information with vendors that help us operate the Site and business, such as:

·    hosting and website platform providers (Squarespace);

·    payment processors;

·    email providers and marketing tools;

·    analytics providers;

·    customer support tools;

·    security and fraud prevention vendors.

These providers are authorized to use information only as necessary to provide services to us.

B.    Legal requirements and protection

We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to:

·    comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process;

·    respond to lawful requests by public authorities;

·    protect the rights, property, or safety of the Firm, our customers, or others;

·    investigate or prevent fraud, security issues, or violations of our Terms.

C.    Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, dissolution, or sale of all or part of our assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

D.   With your direction or consent

We may disclose information when you instruct us to do so or otherwise consent.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We also do not knowingly share personal information for third-party “cross-context behavioral advertising” in a manner intended to be covered by U.S. state privacy laws, except to the extent certain analytics/advertising cookies may be interpreted as such (see Section 10).

6. Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party processors through Squarespace. Your payment card data is handled directly by the processor under its privacy policy and security standards. We may retain limited payment-related information such as transaction identifiers, amounts, and payment status for accounting, fraud prevention, and customer support.

7. Email Marketing and Communications

If you sign up for marketing emails or request materials, we may send you newsletters or promotional communications. You can opt out at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in an email or contacting us (see Section 14).

We may still send you transactional or administrative messages (e.g., receipts, product delivery, policy updates, security notices).

8. Legal Templates and User Inputs

Our Products may include templates or questionnaires. If you input information into forms on the Site, that information may be processed and stored as described in this Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential information through public forms on the Site unless and until we have agreed in writing to represent you. If you believe you submitted confidential information by mistake, contact us immediately at pouurdecisions@gmail.com

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

·    provide Products and operate the Site;

·    maintain records for accounting and tax purposes;

·    comply with legal obligations;

·    resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and our legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

·    request access to information we hold about you;

·    request correction of inaccurate information;

·    request deletion of certain information;

·    opt out of certain uses (such as marketing emails).

Cookie choices. You can manage cookies via browser settings. If enabled, Squarespace may provide cookie banner tools or consent management features.

State privacy laws. Some U.S. states provide additional rights (e.g., California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah). To the extent those laws apply, you may have rights to opt out of certain targeted advertising, request deletion, and request a copy of your data. We will honor applicable requests as required by law.

To submit a request, see Section 14.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. International Visitors

We are based in the United States and the Site is primarily intended for U.S. visitors. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
